Nikiforov EMERCOM of the Russian Federation, located in Sankt-Petersburg.

   Providing people with an opportunity of long-term monitoring of their health with the “hair spectral analysis (the mass spectrometry technology, or the mineralogram test)”. It can help people to learn about their health problems and consider solving them.

   Introduction of conception of the annual medical examination and monitoring the content of essential or toxic microelements within the body. It can help to prevent improper usage of vitamins and mineral additives and form a plan of treatment in order to reduce content of toxic microelements in human body to ensure the better quality of life.

   Providing  information concerning each of 33 elements to ensure understanding of their positive and  negative influence on the human body and understanding of the need to control the balance of microelement within the human body.

   Development of a international researching program within elemental analysis laboratory  of  the All-Russian Center for Emergency and Radiation Medicine of A.M.
